How do I order?

Fill in the enquiry form and wait for a reply. Once the custom item has been agreed, payment is made and only then is your order confirmed.

Do you offer delivery and when do you deliver?

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery for custom orders, all items are collected on Friday afternoons from our bakery - Edgie Eats Cafe and cakeshop, 12 a North View, Bristol.

Do you do weddings or large events?

I can cater for weddings and large parties. Please email for further details and a quote.

Do you supply to cafes?

Yes I can supply wholesale products. I currently supply to over 15 locations in Bath and Bristol - head to our wholesale section for more information.

How long do the items last?

Cakes last approximately 3-5 days if kept in the fridge. For best results consume as close to day of collection as possible. Brownie boxes are labelled with use by date. All items can be frozen for up to 3 months.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund given 7 days prior to delivery/collection. Orders cancelled within 7 days of delivery/collection will not recieve a refund.

Do you cater for people with allergies?

I have a range of products without gluten, items without nuts and vegan items. Postal order allergens are on the product pages and any allergens should be alerted when placing a custom cake or brownie stack. A full list of allergens is sent with every custom order. Please note all products are made in the same kitchen and despite cleanliness, items are not guaranteed allergen free.
