Meet Hannah
“I’m Hannah, the baker behind Edgie Eats!”
Hannah, Founder of Edgie Eats!
“Baking has been a lifelong passion of mine and I started EdgieEats during my first year of University when I had requests for the recipes of my constant flow of baked goods filling our University kitchen”
Edgie Eats launched as a limited company in April 2022. Since then it has grown into an independent cake and baked goods company, running local market stalls, supplying postal goods to the whole of the UK, and local deliveries to Bath and Bristol. We now supply over 35 outlets in Bath and Bristol as well as having regular pop up cake stalls.
We opened the doors to our first cafe in April 2024 - Edgie Eats Cake Shop and Cafe in Westbury Park near the downs. We have also just secured the keys to our new wholesale production kitchen in Hambrook opening summer 2025.
My real name is Hannah, but Edgie has been my preferred name for over 10 years and has stuck through University - giving my business name inspiration”
