An Introduction

Welcome to our little slice of heaven, where buttercream dreams and fondant fantasies come to life! Join us as we take you on a whirlwind tour of what our owner and founder, Hannah gets up to on a typical week at the Edgie Eats Cafe.

Monday: The week kicks off with a flurry of activity as she whips up batches of cake batter in every flavour imaginable. Mondays are wholesale baking days. Edgie Eats supplies over 3 universities and 10 cafes every week with cakes and sweet treats.

Tuesday: Admin Day! Today is to catch up with the admin that owning a small business entails!

Wednesday: Custom Order day! Hannah makes all the custom birthday cakes, celebration cakes and brownie boxes which are available to collect from our cafe.

Thursday: Time to run the cafe - this is when you find Hannah behind the counter serving up sweet treats and coffees all day long.

Friday: Back to the cafe again and finishing up some extra cakes for a busy weekend service!
